1. 活動主辦方

  1. 本活動由香港寶潔有限公司主辦（下稱「主辦方」）。

2. 活動平台及指定商戶

  1. 本活動只適用於在香港向以下指定商戶／渠道購買Oral-B或Crest正貨產品：萬寧、屈臣氏、惠康、百佳、豐澤、百老滙、香港崇光百貨、AEON Stores、張毛記電業有限公司、中原電器有限公司、千色Citistore、香港蘇寧、永安百貨、一田有限公司（YATA Limited）、龍豐集團及HKTVmall。

3. 活動日期及得獎名單公布

  1. 活動宣傳由2026年8月17日或推廣生意的競賽牌照獲批之日（以較後者為準）開始。
  2. 活動／購買期為2026年9月1日（星期二）00:00:00至2026年9月30日（星期三）23:59:59（香港時間）。登記截止時間為2026年10月7日（星期三）23:59:59（香港時間）。只有收據日期屬於活動／購買期內的交易方可參加；2026年10月1日至10月7日只接受合資格收據的登記及補交資料。
  3. 抽獎將於2026年10月12日（星期一）舉行。
  4. 經成功登記及核實的得獎者名單將於2026年10月19日在中文報章《星島日報》及英文報章《The Standard》公布。公布資料將作適當匿名或遮蓋處理。

4. 參加方法及條件

  1. 本活動只供年滿18歲、持有香港手提電話號碼及有效香港身份證明文件的人士參加。就本條款及細則而言，「香港身份證明文件」指由香港特別行政區政府人事登記處簽發的有效香港身份證（下稱「香港身份證」）。
  2. 於活動／購買期內，顧客在任何指定商戶以單一收據購買任何Oral-B或Crest正貨產品滿港幣99元或以上，可透過抽獎登記WhatsApp號碼+852 9838 3819或掃描展示於宣傳物料及活動網頁https://oralb-hk.com/2026luckydraw的指定二維碼，進入WhatsApp登記渠道並完成抽獎登記表格，以提交所需登記資料及清晰完整的有效購買收據，從而獲得一次抽獎機會。登記資料包括香港身份證上的英文全名、香港手提電話號碼、收據日期、購物金額及指定商戶。主辦方不會於登記時收集香港身份證號碼。購物金額以扣除所有折扣、優惠及退貨後的最終付款金額計算。參加者可在登記過程中自行選擇是否加入香港Oral-B Club或接收推廣訊息；相關選擇不會影響其參加本活動或獲得抽獎機會的資格。
  3. 參加者須保留正本收據、電子收據、訂單紀錄或其他獲主辦方接受的有效購買憑證，直至活動及獎品派發完成，以供核實。
  4. 參加者提交的資料不可更改，一切以WhatsApp登記紀錄為準。任何重複、錯誤、不完整、虛假或不準確資料均可能導致取消資格。若相關資料導致得獎者未能領取獎品，主辦方概不負責。
  5. 如領獎時發現得獎者未滿18歲，或未能出示有效香港身份證及與登記資料相符的英文全名和其他登記資料，其得獎資格將被取消，並由另一名年滿18歲且符合所有參加及核實要求的候補得獎者補上。

5. 獎品詳情

  1. 獎品正式名稱：香港迪士尼樂園「奇妙處處通」銀卡標準會籍年票2張。
  2. 獎品數量：3名得獎者，共6張年票。
  3. 每份獎品價值約港幣3,136元，僅供參考。
  4. 獎品不可退款、轉售、轉讓或兌換現金、其他產品或服務。活動開始後，獎品不得被替換、更改、延遲、限制或取消。獎品的使用、換領、入場、會籍有效期、啟動期限、會員禮遇及相關安排，均受香港國際主題樂園有限公司、「奇妙處處通」及／或相關第三方的適用條款及細則約束。

6. 抽獎、結果通知及公布

  1. 登記截止後，所有合資格參加者將自動進入抽獎。抽獎將於2026年10月12日（星期一）以隨機抽籤方式舉行，並抽出3名得獎者。
  2. 主辦方會先透過得獎者登記時提供的電話號碼，以WhatsApp發出確認訊息。
  3. 經成功登記及核實的得獎者名單將於2026年10月19日在《星島日報》及《The Standard》刊登。公布內容將作適當匿名或遮蓋處理。

7. 領獎

  1. 得獎者須於2026年10月20日至2026年12月31日期間親臨獎品換領中心領取獎品。未有在指定期間內領獎將視為放棄獎品。
  2. 得獎者領獎時須出示有效香港身份證、與登記資料相符的英文全名及其他登記資料，以及正本收據以供核實，否則不能領取獎品。

8. 收據及資格核實

  1. 參加者上載的收據須清晰顯示購買日期、指定商戶名稱、所購買的Oral-B或Crest產品、交易金額及收據編號／交易編號。
  2. 如收據資料不完整、模糊、被塗改、重複使用、偽造、損毀、無法辨識或與主辦方紀錄不符，相關參加或得獎資格將被視為無效。
  3. 主辦方可要求參加者或得獎者提供正本收據、有效香港身份證及／或其他證明文件作核實。

9. 參加限制及防止作弊

  1. 主辦方可根據可得資料及紀錄，判斷是否存在重複參加、提供虛假資料、不當行為或違反本條款及細則的情況。相關資料包括相同香港身份證資料、相同WhatsApp手提電話號碼、重複購買憑證，以及使用自動化工具、程式、批量提交或其他不當方式參加。
  2. 如發現上述任何情況，主辦方可取消相關參加者或得獎者的資格。

10. 個人資料、Oral-B Club WhatsApp會員及退訂

  1. 主辦方及其委託服務供應商將為籌辦活動、登記、會員管理、身份及資格核實、聯絡、抽獎、獎品派發、得獎結果公布、客戶服務、爭議處理、合規存檔及履行法律責任等目的，收集、使用、保存、處理及／或轉移參加者及得獎者的個人資料。有關資料可按上述目的轉移或披露予主辦方的關聯公司、活動代理、客戶服務供應商、資訊科技服務供應商、物流或換領服務供應商、專業顧問及／或主管機關或法律要求的其他人士。主辦方將按照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》採取合理措施保護個人資料。
  2. 參加者在提交個人資料前，應閱讀P&G私隱政策（https://privacypolicy.pg.com/zht-HK/）及相關個人資料收集聲明參加本活動不代表同意主辦方使用其個人資料作直接促銷；如作直接促銷用途，主辦方將另行按適用法律取得同意。
  3. 如參加者不希望透過WhatsApp接收Oral-B及／或P&G旗下品牌訊息，可隨時向Oral-B Club WhatsApp發送「取消訂閱」。

11. 活動開始後不得更改

  1. 主辦方須於整個活動期間維持足夠獎品。活動開始後，獎品不得被替換、更改、延遲、限制或取消。
  2. 活動開始後，主辦方須按照獲批材料及本條款及細則舉行活動，不得修訂、暫停、延期或取消本活動或本條款及細則。

12.  適用法律及其他

  1. 本活動及本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其解釋。
  2. 如本條款及細則的中文及英文版本有任何歧異，概以中文版本為準。

1. Organizer

  1. The organizer of this promotion is Procter & Gamble Hong Kong Limited (the “Organizer”).
  2. For enquiries relating to this promotion, please contact the customer service hotline at 800 969 688.

2. Promotion Platform and Participating Merchants

  1. This promotion is applicable only to purchases of genuine Oral-B or Crest products in Hong Kong from the following designated merchants / channels: Mannings, Watsons, Wellcome, PARKnSHOP, Fortress, Broadway, SOGO Hong Kong, AEON Stores, Cheung Mao Kee Electrical Co. Limited, Chung Yuen Electrical Company, Citistore, Hong Kong Suning Appliance, Wing On Department Stores, YATA Limited, Lung Fung Group and HKTVmall.

3. Promotion Period, Lucky Draw and Winner Announcement

  1. The promotion / purchase period is from 1 September 2026 (Tuesday) at 00:00:00 to 30 September 2026 (Wednesday) at 23:59:59 (Hong Kong time).
  2. The registration deadline is 7 October 2026 (Wednesday) at 23:59:59 (Hong Kong time). Only transactions with receipt dates falling within the promotion / purchase period are eligible. Participants must register receipts dated within the promotion / purchase period through the dedicated WhatsApp registration channel by the registration deadline. No new purchase or receipt dated after 30 September 2026 will be accepted.
  3. The lucky draw will be conducted on 12 October 2026 (Monday).
  4. The list of successfully registered and verified winners will be announced on 19 October 2026 in the Chinese newspaper Sing Tao Daily and the English newspaper The Standard. Winner information will be appropriately anonymized or masked.

4. Participation Method and Conditions

  1. This promotion is open only to persons aged 18 or above who have a Hong Kong mobile phone number and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, a “Hong Kong Identity Card” means a valid Hong Kong Identity Card issued by the Registration of Persons Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  2. During the promotion / purchase period, a customer who purchases any genuine Oral-B or Crest product(s) of HK$99 or above from a designated merchant in a single receipt may obtain one lucky draw entry by accessing and completing the lucky draw registration form through the lucky draw registration WhatsApp number +852 9838 3819, or by scanning the designated QR code displayed on the publicity materials and campaign webpage at https://oralb-hk.com/2026luckydraw. Participants must submit the required registration information and a clear and complete valid purchase receipt through the WhatsApp registration channel. Required registration information includes the English full name as shown on the Hong Kong Identity Card, Hong Kong mobile phone number, receipt date, purchase amount and participating merchant; no Hong Kong Identity Card number will be collected at registration. The purchase amount is the final amount paid after deducting all discounts, offers and returned products.
  3. Each eligible receipt may be registered once only. Each participant and each Hong Kong mobile phone number may participate once only and may win one prize only. The Organizer may disqualify any duplicated entry or winning eligibility where duplicate use of the same mobile phone number, receipt or other repeated information is identified. Participants may, at their own discretion, choose to join the Hong Kong Oral-B Club and/or receive promotional messages during the registration process. Participation in the Hong Kong Oral-B Club or consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition for participation in this promotion and will not affect a participant's eligibility to enter the lucky draw or their chances of winning.
  4. Participants must retain the original receipt, electronic receipt, order record or other valid proof of purchase acceptable to the Organizer until completion of the promotion and prize distribution for verification purposes.
  5. Information submitted by participants cannot be changed and the WhatsApp registration record shall prevail. Any duplicated, incorrect, incomplete, false or inaccurate information may result in disqualification. The Organizer is not responsible where such information prevents a winner from receiving a prize.
  6. If, at the time of prize redemption, a winner is under the age of 18 or cannot present a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and the English full name and other registration information matching the registration record, the winner will be disqualified. The prize will be awarded to a reserve winner who is aged 18 or above and satisfies all eligibility and verification requirements.

5. Prize Details

  1. Official prize name: 2 x Hong Kong Disneyland “Magic Access” Silver Membership Passes (Standard).
  2. Prize quantity: 3 winners (6 passes in total).
  3. Prize value: approximately HK$3,136 per prize set, for reference only.
  4. The prize is non-refundable, non-resalable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services. After commencement of the promotion, the prize shall not be substituted, changed, delayed, restricted or cancelled. Use, redemption, admission, membership validity, activation deadline, member benefits and related arrangements are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited, Magic Access and/or relevant third parties. This promotion is neither sponsored, endorsed, administered by, nor associated with Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited, Hong Kong Disneyland, or any of their respective affiliates. Any names, trademarks and related intellectual property are used solely for the purpose of identifying and describing the prize offered in this promotion. Images, videos and illustrations are for reference only.

6. Lucky Draw, Result Notification and Announcement

  1. After the registration deadline, all eligible participants will automatically enter the lucky draw. The lucky draw will be conducted on 12 October 2026 (Monday) by random draw, and 3 winners and reserve winners will be drawn.
  2. Winners will first receive a confirmation message from the Organizer via WhatsApp through the telephone number submitted during registration.
  3. The list of successfully registered and verified winners will be published on 19 October 2026 in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard. The announcement content will be appropriately anonymized or masked.

7. Prize Redemption

  1. Winners must redeem the prize in person at the prize redemption center between 20 October 2026 and 31 December 2026. Failure to redeem the prize within this period will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.
  2. Winners must present a valid Hong Kong Identity Card, the English full name and other registration information matching the registration record, and the original receipt for verification upon prize redemption. Otherwise, the prize cannot be redeemed.

8. Receipt and Eligibility Verification

  1. The uploaded receipt must clearly show the purchase date, participating merchant name, purchased Oral-B or Crest product(s), transaction amount and receipt number / transaction number.
  2. An entry or winning eligibility will be invalid if the receipt information is incomplete, unclear, altered, duplicated, forged, damaged, illegible or inconsistent with the Organizer’s records.
  3. The Organizer may require a participant or winner to provide the original receipt, valid Hong Kong Identity Card and/or other supporting documents for verification.

9. Participation Restrictions and Anti-Fraud

  1.  The Organizer may determine whether there is duplicate participation, false information, improper conduct or any breach of these Terms and Conditions based on available information and records. Relevant information includes the same WhatsApp mobile number, the same or repeated proof of purchase, repeated registration information, or the use of automated tools, programs, bulk submissions or other improper participation methods.
  2. If any of the above is found, the Organizer may disqualify the participant or winner.

10. Personal Data, Oral-B Club WhatsApp Membership and Unsubscription

  1. Personal data of participants and winners will be collected, used, stored, processed and/or transferred by the Organizer and its appointed service providers for the purposes of organizing the promotion, registration, membership administration, contact, lucky draw, prize distribution, winner announcement, prize-redemption eligibility verification, customer service, dispute handling, compliance record keeping and fulfilment of legal obligations. The data may be transferred or disclosed for those purposes to the Organizer’s affiliates, campaign agencies, customer service providers, information technology service providers, logistics or redemption service providers, professional advisers and/or competent authorities or other persons as required by law. The Organizer will take reasonable measures to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.
  2. Participants should read P&G’s Privacy Policy (https://privacypolicy.pg.com/zht-HK/) and the relevant Personal Information Collection Statement before providing any personal data. Participation in this promotion does not constitute consent for the Organizer to use a participant's personal data for direct marketing purposes. Should the Organizer wish to use such personal data for direct marketing, separate consent will be obtained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3.  Participants who do not wish to receive messages from Oral-B and/or P&G brands via WhatsApp may send “取消訂閱” to the Oral-B Club WhatsApp at any time.

11. No Post-Commencement Changes

  1. After commencement of the promotion, the prize shall not be substituted, changed, delayed, restricted or cancelled.
  2. After commencement of the promotion, the Organizer shall implement the promotion and these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the approved materials and shall not amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion or these Terms and Conditions.

12.  Governing Law and Other Matters

  1. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.。
  2. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
